Refund policy

All MUR LEN sales are final.

Each piece is vintage or antique and is sold with its existing history, wear, and character intact. Small scratches, patina, softened details, previous repairs, and other signs of age are part of the life of the object and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to describe each piece accurately, including its materials, condition, dimensions, and other known details. If an item is materially different from how it was represented, such as an incorrect gold purity or misidentified gemstone, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. We will review the piece and, when appropriate, offer a refund, repair, replacement, or price adjustment.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, fit, expected signs of vintage or antique wear, or minor variations in appearance.

Because many MUR LEN pieces are one of a kind, we encourage you to review all photographs, measurements, and descriptions carefully before purchasing. Questions are always welcome before an order is placed.
